All flagpoles carry a 1 year warranty.
Pole shaft will be repaired or replaced if client can demonstrate that only recommended flag size was used. Replacement does not include shipping, hardware, installation, or consequential damage costs. See full warranty.
All poles shipped in cardboard tube and are 10% longer for ground installation. Each pole includes truck, gold ball finial, halyard, 2 flag snaps groundsleeve, and instructions. Commercial poles include a decorative flash collar. Residential poles offer the flash collar as an option. Satin finish is standard on all poles. Gold Eagle available as an option. |
